A newly appointed consultant receives comprehensive induction training and then over a two to three year period attends a series of programmes which form part of the "learning ladder".
We design and facilitate a range of practical workshops, one of which is Consulting Skills.
The overall aim of the Consulting Skills programme is to;
"Develop participants 'core' consultancy skills to make them competent and confident at influencing at all levels with their clients and amongst their colleagues"
The programme we designed is based around a model that covers both the consulting process and the essential behavioural skills required to be effective in a consulting role.
