3 Key Stages and Learning Mechanisms
Each workshop in our "Everyone is a Coach" programme has three stages of learning involvement;

Within each stage there will be a range of learning mechanisms, to meet the participants different learning and personal styles.
Stage 1: Pre-Workshop and Learning Assignments

Stage 3: Post Workshop

| This is about on-going transfer and implementation. There is no value to the training if the learning stays in the workshop. |

Post-workshop learning will involve a range of mechanisms;
- Implementation of specific action points identified and committed to in the workshop, using a Coach Development Plan
- 1: 1 Coaching 4-6 weeks after workshop (choice of face to face, telephone or e-mail support)
- Work based project [to be agreed with manager]
