European Case Study 1: Industrial Products Distributor
This client, a leading industrial products distributor, selected us to design and deliver a training & development project with large geographic coverage. Our mission was to provide simultaneous implementation of a development program involving 14 countries across Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
Our client wanted to build better relationships with their customers in order to increase sales and build long term relationships. We were asked to develop and facilitate a "Customer as Partner" development program for their front line sales people.
In order to achieve the objectives we identifed the priorities were to;
- develop their communiction skills
- address team dynamics
- provide them with a toolbox of powerful relationship building skills
The development program we designed was linked to key company targets and standards and involved practical workshops and follow up 1:1 coaching sessions.
The workshops received excellent feedback and the coaching sessions proved to be a very effective mechanism for addressing specific individual development needs and to drive implementation of new knowledge and skills into the workplace.
Just recently this client has asked us to provide them with further training & development; a testimony to the quality of our work and the good relationship we have established.
