For 10 years hr TEAM, with offices in Germany, UK, France and Italy has been working with clients on pan-European projects. These have involved a range of topics from strategic management to sales development programmes. Some clients have required centralised project management whilst others have worked with us on a country by country basis within the framework of the agreed "pan Europe approach". We believe that no two client requirements are the same. Within the overall requirement to "work with one training provider across Europe" we understand that there are a number of differences in detail!
We identified that an increasing number of organisations were moving towards a pan European approach for strategic training and development programmes.
