  An insurance brokerage and risk management company selects hr TEAM for a Performance Management Programme...  
     
 

We have been awarded a contract by a major insurance brokerage to develop and implement a new performance management system. The client, who has plans to grow significantly, by organic growth and acquisition, is committed to people development as a key part of their business strategy.

The implementation of the new system will be supported by the introduction of a coaching program for all managers in the business. Recognising that a new system or process in itself will not deliver improved performance, developing a coaching culture will be a key element in ensuring that people development and performance management becomes a living part of the operation.

 
         
 

The coaching programme is the first phase of a long term project. By spring next year the first outputs of the performance reviews will be completed, which will include identified training and development needs for all people in the business.

Our role will be to work with our client in developing programmes to address the needs and to support the on-going coaching initiative.
