The final quarter of 2003 was - well, how should we put it - hectic! If anybody can tell us why the return back from the summer holidays triggers frenetic activity in learning and development right through to Christmas [yes we were working with a client on the 23rd December] can you please let us know.
A brief summary of the projects that we have been working on recently:
- Negotiation skills development with a major international law firm
- Structured written communications training, again with a major law firm
- Account management with a leading UK bank
- Supplier management with another UK bank
- Advanced presentation skill with sales management in a US owned multi-national manufacturer
- Managing in a flexible working environment with a Government department
- Remote management with a US company in high technology communication systems
- Performance management training in Germany with a major player in the wholesaling sector
- Developing coaching skills for sales managers with a US based manufacturer
- Training in meetings management with a major UK charity
- Internal consulting skills with the HR team of a US company
- Developing a TNA process and the consulting skills for the learning and Development team of one the largest UK based housing associations
- Sales management development with a company providing web based technology services
An interesting range of assignments which demonstrates our focus in two key areas;
(1) Leadership and management development
(2) Sales and negotiation skills development
