The need was identified for a team development workshop, to enable their new team to work together in the most effective way.

One of the learning mechanisms used in the workshop is the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)®.

The SDI is a great tool for giving participants a good understanding of their team strengths, how they relate to each other, and how they can work together more effectively.
