As each programme is developed specifically for each client, we will work with you in agreeing content, structure and mechanisms. Typically, a learning programme will include.

  • A series of short duration workshops. They represent a core element.
  • Before attending a workshop your sales people will complete some self-study work.
  • They will also complete the effective sales profile with their managers so that focused learning goals can be defined.
  • Following each workshop, further study work is completed. This again reinforces the concept of on-going learning and development.
