Team & Management Development

How will SDI® awareness help your teams to work together more effectively?

The SDIŽ will enable your team to:

  • Understand and harness the collective behavioural strengths across the team
  • Identify why interpersonal conflicts can arise and how they can be overcome
  • Achieve collective team goals by understanding the motivational values and outward behaviours of each team member
  • Create a common language for constructive feedback about how people view each others communication style

We have used the SDI® as an integral part of different management development programmes. For example it is a useful tool in assisting managers to build effective relationships with their direct reports.

Managers need to consider the implications of their Motivational Value System (MVS), given the team of people they have reporting to them. MVS strongly influences our management style.

Sales Development
