Summary of business experience and qualifications
 
     
 

My first career was within the banking profession and I spent sixteen years with Lloyds Bank. There I participated in a management training programme providing me with a thorough introduction to people management, branch management, sales and customer care in addition to the technical banking and lending skills.

I held several management positions within the Bank and my responsibilities included:

  • sales management
  • coaching my team to continuously develop and improve their sales and service performance
  • developing my own portfolio of clients
  • implementing systems to deliver excellent service to customers
 
 
Training and consultancy experience
 
     
 

Whilst working with Lloyds Bank, I developed my training skills by becoming a trainer for British Junior Chamber (the largest out of hours personal development organisation in the world). I designed and delivered personal development training during the evenings and at weekends.

Having realised my passion for fulfilling potential in my self and others, I left banking to become a training consultant in 1998.

I now help my clients to deliver business results through translating objectives into practical action plans, implementing sales management procedures and equipping their people with the skills required.
