I am an experienced Management Training Consultant training managers of all levels. My background prior to consultancy work was very much in the retail sector.
My qualifications include BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, Practitioner in NLP, Integrator in Training Programmes (Advizes Institute California) and Theatre Skills for Trainers.
After graduating, I joined Next. Whilst with Next I worked in retail management and in training. At the time of leaving I was Training Manager for London. I then joined The Body Shop as Deputy Retail Training Manager. I stayed with The Body Shop for seven years and at the time of leaving was Head of Learning & Development for the UK.
Training and consultancy experience
Since becoming a consultant with hr TEAM, my working life has become more varied and challenging than I could ever have imagined. My work has ranged enormously and has involved design, delivery, facilitation, coaching and mentoring.
The clients I have worked with have proved to be hugely rewarding and include Blue Circle, AON, Thanet Distict Council, Bio Products Laboratory, NSPCC and Kent Tourism Solutions.
